Terms of Service

Engagement model

Takwimu Labs provides scoped machine-learning engagements on a milestone basis. Work begins only after you accept a written quote and fund the relevant milestone. Deliverables are released upon your approval.

Payments & escrow

Milestone funds are collected upfront and held until deliverables are approved. Unused funds for undelivered scope may be refunded as described in your engagement agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own deliverables produced for your engagement — including code, models, and reports — upon final payment for the relevant milestone.

Limitation

Takwimu Labs is operated by Pivio Technologies. These terms are a launch stub; a full agreement will accompany each signed engagement.
